Simplify NOC techs will analyze and respond to incidents, communicating with site technicians to track problems through resolution and hold service providers accountable. Every step taken by our veteran team in their expert trouble shooting process is documented from trouble to resolution via our one-of-a-kind enterprise-grade application, Advocate™.

Proactive MMS

Simplify’s Proactive Management & Monitoring Service gives you confidence in every aspect of your network. We give you a window into key performance indicators related to your circuits, routers and servers, including stats related to CPU, VoIP/SIP, memory utilization, and response times. Any sign of trouble automatically alerts our 24/7 Simplify Network Operations Center, activating our NOC Team to resolve your network issues using our industry expertise, provider leverage, and operational support integration.

Inventory Management

Rather than relying on reports from multiple providers and out-of-date spreadsheets, Simplify loads your network inventory into our web-based system, Advocate™. You will have access to all of your inventory in one convenient web-based database. And every time we install new services or disconnect services for you, we will make real-time changes to keep your inventory accurate and up-to-date at all times.

Contract Management

Do you want a centralized repository for all your telecommunications and cloud services contracts? Simplify can store images of all your contracts along with a database of key contract terms and conditions such as expiration dates, commitments, early termination fees, price protection and more. Our account team will manage contracts for you and keep you abreast of key upcoming dates and how your spend is tracking against commitments.
